Mine water management is complex - Mindit makes it simpler. Launching Q4 2025, Mindit visually connects data, models, and teams, ensuring smarter decisions and resilience.
Since founding our company Simplxit, 18 months ago, we've embarked on a demanding, uncertain, but ultimately enriching journey — crafting a tool designed to significantly enhance mine water management and governance.
Today, we're thrilled to introduce Mindit, an application inspired by, and built to address the real, everyday challenges faced in mining operations and planning.
In our jobs as mine water & waste engineers, we've experienced firsthand the complexities inherent to mine water management and governance.
Mines are dynamic, ever-changing environments characterized by uncertainty. They're often hampered by disconnected datasets, fragmented models, and constant turnover among consultants and personnel. Trying to understand and manage such rapidly evolving systems in these contexts can leave us perpetually several steps behind and even sometime leave us in a state of paralysis.

Mindit emerged directly from these challenges.
Imagine an interactive, visually intuitive platform that acts as a unified, dynamic blueprint of your mine's water system. With Mindit, you can visually map out your infrastructure, including physical and operational details, create complex & composite "what-if" scenarios, and seamlessly integrate, analyze, and evaluate outputs of your GoldSim water balance simulations.
But Mindit is more than just a visualization or analytics tool—it actively breaks down knowledge silos, fostering genuine collaboration. It’s not the tool itself that creates real value; it’s the informed conversations and meaningful interactions it enables. By facilitating open dialogue around shared data, Mindit empowers engineers, operators, managers, and regulators to make decisions that are coordinated, strategic, and built on a comprehensive, collective understanding.
One last thing, we deeply value data security and sovereignty. Mindit is a server-based application with an on-premise deployment that ensure you retain complete control over sensitive information, fully aligning with your organization's internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Mining operations inherently disrupt ecosystems and alter landscapes, often leaving lasting socio-environmental impacts. While by its nature, these disturbances can't be avoided, a lot can still be done to lessen mining's environmental footprint and foster greater accountability. Mindit can empower mines to significantly improve their water stewardship - making the management of resources more proactive, resilient, and collaborative.

We're expecting to launch Mindit by the last quarter of 2025, with many exciting features set to roll out progressively.
Watch these spaces for more updates—we're eager for you to experience what Mindit can offer!
